Leah Hackmaster
Assistant Varsity Coach
Leah Hackmaster is entering her first season as an assistant varsity volleyball coach. Although this is her first time coaching at a high school level she has many experiences with youth sports and leadership in athletics which makes her the perfect for our program.
Hackmaster has over 10 years of experience playing volleyball competitively. She played volleyball at Menasha High School for all four years, three of which she was on Varsity as an outside hitter and serving as a solid back row player. Volleyball was a passion of hers as she entered college at UW La Crosse where she participated in club volleyball, and intramural volleyball. Hackmaster still stays active in her years since college playing indoor and sand volleyball. Currently she is working for the Village of Suamico as the Recreation Director. Leah is settling into her home in De Pere, and enjoys spending her free time with her 4 year old yellow lab, Rhett.

Tony Joslin
JV Coach
Tony Joslin is the JV coach since 2005. He started out as an unpaid coach at De Pere helping the varsity program in 2011 and 2012. He was then hired at Bay Port in 2013 as the freshman coach and in 2015 moved up to coach the JV.
Tony also coached club volleyball for the last 9 years. He started at Green Bay Juniors in 2010 and 2011, then moved to De Pere Diggers, where he stayed until 2014. He currently coaches club with the Howard Suamico Inferno, where he has been since 2015.
Tony has been playing volleyball since 1991. He plays mostly sand volleyball. He is also an alumnus of Bay Port HS and a US Army Veteran (1990-1998).
He lives in Howard and has 2 daughters who also graduated from Bay Port, Ashley (2012) & Alyssa (2017).

Brianna Clement
Freshmen Coach
Brianna Clement is a first year coach for the Bay Port Freshman Volleyball Team. However, she has coached for a local volleyball club called Howard Suamico Inferno as a U16s coach.
Clement has played volleyball since early middle school. Four of those years were dedicated to the Bay Port Volleyball program. She started off playing positions like setter and right side hitter. Clement then ended as a DS her Junior and Senior year. She was a starter for the Pirates and helped win the 2017-2018 D1 Regional Title.
She graduated in 2018 from Bay Port High School and is now attending UWGB. She is majoring in Secondary Education.
